Return & Refunds Policy


Fees paid to MyUni are non-refundable except under the specific circumstances outlined in items 2–5 below. All refund requests must be submitted to MyUni in writing and are subject to the following conditions:

1.Non-Refundable Fees

All administrative fees are non-refundable. These include:

  • Application Fee
  • Registration Fee
  • Placement Test Fee
  • Visa Processing Fee
  • Airport Clearance & Pickup Fee
  • Other mandatory administrative fees
  • EMGS fees

2.Cancellation 14 Days or More Before Course Start Date

If a cancellation request is made 14 days or more before the course start date, MyUni will deduct an amount equivalent to 6 weeks of Course Fees (including Tuition Fee, Assessment Fee, Resource Fee, and Books & Materials Fee) and an Administrative Fee of USD 100 (or equivalent in local currency).

3.Cancellation Less Than 14 Days Before Course Start Date

If a cancellation request is made less than 14 days before the course start date, MyUni will deduct an amount equivalent to 10 weeks of Course Fees (including Tuition Fee, Assessment Fee, Resource Fee, and Books & Materials Fee) and an Administrative Fee of USD 100 (or equivalent in local currency).

4. Cancellation After Course Start Date

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the course start date. However, if the cancellation is due to a serious illness supported by a valid medical report, MyUni may consider a pro-rated refund of Course Fees (including Tuition Fee, Assessment Fee, Resource Fee, and Books & Materials Fee), minus an Administrative Fee of USD100 (or equivalent in local currency). The refund will be calculated based on the remaining unused portion of the course, measured in 4-week increments.

5.Visa Application Rejection After Full Payment

If a student’s visa application is rejected after full payment of MyUni fees, MyUni may consider a pro-rated refund of Course Fees (including Tuition Fee, Assessment Fee, Resource Fee, and Books & Materials Fee), minus an Administrative Fee of USD 100 (or equivalent in local currency). The refund will be calculated based on the remaining unused portion of the course, measured in 4-week increments.

6.Suspension or Expulsion

No refunds will be issued in cases of suspension or expulsion due to violations of the MyUni Student Code of Conduct.

7.Visa Cancellation Due to Poor Attendance

Students whose visas are cancelled due to unsatisfactory attendance are not eligible for any refunds.

8.Refund Payment Details

  • Refunds are non-transferable and will only be issued to the original payer (e.g., the student or their sponsor).
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date the refund request is approved.
  • Delays may occur due to banking processes, regulatory requirements, or other unforeseen circumstances.

9.Final decision on any claims for return & refund can only issued by MyUni
